It was a normal rainy afternoon in Forks, when Ella Rose Pryor woke up from a little nap. Her heart was still beating fast from the nightmare she just had. Still breathless, she pushed a strand of her long dark brown hair out of her face. She could feel that she was sweaty, what came from the nightmare as well. Closing her eyes for a moment, she took a deep breath and reminded herself that it had been just a nightmare. Normally Ella wasn't a person to fall asleep on the afternoon. But today, school had been really exhausting and so she had wanted to lay down for just a moment and then suddenly she had fall asleep. Now Ella threw a quick glance at her bedside table and looked at the clock, but happily she hadn't fell asleep for long, she thought a moment later. Ella shook her head lightly once again to get the nightmare out of her head. Then she took her diary, which was laying open on the bed beside her, closed it and put it away. After another moment laying on her bed, she got up. Sighing, she threw a quick glance on her desk, where her homework was laying. But then decided she needed to get out of the house. Her Mum was at work and her sister was over at a friends, so no one was going to miss her, she thought. Ella walked over to the mirror which was standing in her room and looked at herself. Fast she smoothed her red shirt and her jeans. Then she grabbed her leather jacket and put it on, followed by her shoes. A moment later she took a hairbrush and moved it through her hair a few times. Until it did not look like a haystack anymore. Ella looked out of the window for a moment and grimaced, outside it was looking like it was going to rain soon. Sure was living in the rainiest town, she thought. But still a bit more sun would have been nice, she told herself. After that Ella left her room fast, to get outside the house for some time. Aimlessly she started to walk through the streets of the small town of Forks. Watching the streets and people in the dim light. After she had walked for a while, she left Forks and walked down the streets to the small reservation of La Push. It was a nice place, she thought. When she had been little she had spent a lot of time there playing on the beach. That was her destination for today, the beach, where she could be happy for a while and also forget about this terrible nightmare. Soon after she had reached La Push, Ella saw a few parking lots in front of her. She knew that a few small stairs were leading down to the beach. So she walked over to them and went down onto the beach. Ella walked along the beach, she wanted to get to a place, where she had often played as a child. It was one of this places, that were special to her and where she had the feeling, she could let go of everything. As she looked at the ocean, she thought for a moment she should have taken her swimming things with her. It might have been soothing to do some swimming. But in the next moment she thought that it was probably better she hadnĀ“t, cause after all it was rainy and not really warm, what meant the water had to be ice cold. So she simply continued her way along the beach. Ella finally reached her favorite place on the beach. It was far away from the place where all the tourists normally were. It was a small bay which was hidden behind a few huge rocks. There she sat down to the sandy ground and tucked up her legs. Watching the waves, which were glittering in the dim sunlight, rolling to the beach. Suddenly Ella heard a sound. So she turned around into the direction from where it was coming. A moment later, she noticed it where steps. Curiously, she waited to see who else had found her favorite place.

I'm a mess in a dress

It got boring. Even though it was raining outside, Daylon didn't care. The rain wouldn't phase her one bit. It never did. In fact, Daylon loved the rain because just walking in it cleared her mind, though she knew there was always a chance of a nasty cold. The seventeen year old werewolf really didn't care. She just wanted to get out of the house she shared with her uncle Billy Black, her cousin Jacob Black, for just a few hours, and that was exactly what she was bound and determined to do.
Kristen threw on her favorite pink and white stripped Hollister shirt and a pair of Hollister shorts and pulled on a pair of black High-Top black Converse. She brushed through her long curls and threw them up in a simple ponytail. She had no one to impress today and wasn't even going to try. She started to leave her house, leaving her cousin and uncle a short note explaining where she was going. She knew that no one would mind as long as she wasn't gone past dark. She didn't even want to be gone that long, Daylon hated the night times in La Push. She didn't trust them. She sighed trying not to think of that. She was going to the beach so she could just relax.
As Day walked, she let the cold rainy drizzle hit her skin. Being a werewolf, she was pretty much near 108 degrees. Almost as hot as a stove..Maybe even a little more. While the coldness of the rain stung a little, it didn't get to Day that much. She was just enjoying it. She soon got to the beach and quickly shed her socks and shoes, carrying them in her hands as she walked along the barely damp sand, in her own thoughts. She really hoped that noone from the pack was out today, or her mood would not be a good one. She really did not want to be bothered today. She just wanted to be alone..Somewhat. She did kind of wish she had someone to talk to, though she knew her imprint Colby was probably out with his friends today. She really didn't want to bother him if he was.
Daylon didn't even look at who she was almost walking into until she bumped into someone and gasped, quickly trying to jump back. "Sorry about that. I really should have been watching where I was going." She looked at the person she'd just bumped into and nervously twirled a black curl, staring at it with her dark brown almost black eyes. She hoped the person wasn't mad that Day had bumped into her. She really couldn't handle anyone being mad at her today.
Even if it would save my life

Ella was kind of relieved to see that no one seemed to be at the beach today. On the other hand it had been predictable. After all it wasn't the sunniest day. It was raining lightly, but that did not bother her right now. Somehow the rain was even calming to her. Ella watched the rain falling into the ocean and on the beach. As someone who had grown up here in Forks, she was used to the rain. It was normal, better said unavoidable if you lived in the rainiest town of the United States, she thought. But still even Ella found herself sometimes wishing for more sun. She loved it when all the thick gray rain clouds where gone and the gleaming light blue sky could be seen. There were only rarely days like that, but still they existed. On such nice days, Ella and her family always had went to the beach, when she had been a small child. She had played here with her sister until the sunset had started. Then the whole family had watched the sunset, which was especially beautiful down here on the beach of La Push. That was at least what Ella remembered.
But now that was all different, now there were no family trips anymore. The only thing, they all seemed to do together was arguing. That was something she really hated and often Ella wished everything could be again, like it had been when she had been small. Everything now was so much more complicated, she thought. It was often almost a surprise to her, that she hadn't gone crazy yet. After all there would be enough excuses for her to go crazy and do stupid stuff. But the truth was she was simply not the type of person to go crazy. She was rather quiet and reserved when it came to that. Sure there was a part of her that was different, cause after all in the past, she had been someone who had went to every Party and who had been fun to be around. Ella often wished that she could be like that again, sure the chances were not good at the moment, but maybe with the right kind of friend, she could be more herself again, she thought.
Ella was looking into the opposite direction when suddenly someone bumped into her. "Sorry about that. I really should have been watching where I was going." she heard someone say. When Ella turned around, she saw another girl standing in front of her. The girl had long brown hair, just like Ella and her expression seemed a bit surprised but friendly. But what surprised Ella the most was that this girl, was wearing just a pair of shorts and a thin shirt. This girl must be freezing, she thought to herself. At least that was what Ella would have felt like in just such thin and short clothes. Fast after the girl had bumped into her and apologized, she said "I'm alright, don't worry about it!" then she asked "What about you, are you alright?" and waited for a moment what the girl was going to say. But then she added laughing friendly "Oh by the way I'm Ella." "Nice to meet you." and held out her hand towards the other girl, with a smile on her face.
