The fact that Sean turned out to actually be on his way to La Push and have to call it home for who knows how long. As he left his house, he did it in a very harsh way. He didn't even say goodbye to his parents. Sean was angry beyond belief for their decision to shove him off away from home for an undefined amount of time and not giving him a single reason for it. There was no reason that he'd be able to accept. The whole idea of not knowing why they were doing this was possibly the worst part of it all. Even if it was for an incredibly stupid reason, which it probably was in Sean's opinion, he would like to at least know why. It was a reasonable request, and when he didn't get it, he was going to show his parents a bad case of the cold shoulder. They were hurting inside for it, but they knew what they were doing was the only thing they really could do. They knew about that possibility of the shifter gene, and as much as it hurt them he knew that the only place that would keep him both safe from danger and under good control was where this gene originates from; La Push, Washington. He obviously had no clue of this, so this whole situation just completely baffled Sean.
Sean's uncle Daniel who was going to play the parental figure up in La Push, arrived almost exactly when he said he would; ten in the morning. Sean had everything he needed packed up, and everything he couldn't take on this trip would be taken through a U-HAUL truck a week after. Putting on the hood of his sweatshirt, Sean walked outside, embracing the rain and trying to get all his stuff packed as fast as he could. He just wanted to get away from his parents, the apologies for not saying goodbye would be dealt with later. As his mother walked inside, holding back the tears of denial as she tried to hug him and tell him that she loved him. His father whispered into Daniel's ear, "Tell me whenever he gets any of the symptoms." As Sean turned around to the word 'symptoms,' he couldn't help but wonder what he was referring to. Was someone in the family sick or something? However, his curiosity vanished as his uncle patted the truck loudly and said, "Alright, kiddo, time to go." Sean took a long breath before nodding, walking into the truck. Here goes.... well, everything. The four and a half hours of driving were long and were lived in almost complete silence. There was an awkward vibe that both knew was present. Sean wasn't mad at his uncle, just mad in general. He put his headphones in his ears and drifted off into sleep, hoping that when he woke up he'd be in La Push... or, well, maybe. not.
'Sean... Sean. We're here." Sean's eyed slowly opened as he was shifting back into reality. He yawned and stretched. The boy looked around, noticing that it did look much like he remembered it when he was seven. It was a small town set-up, some roads were dirt, some were pavement. The only problem was... it seemed like really warm in La Push. He muttered, "Man... it feels like 100 degrees right now..." His uncle was puzzled by his claim, since he was in a jacket and pants, and coming with the rain, it was actually quite cold outside for him. "That's odd, it's not cold for m-" It finally hit him what the likely cause of this was and just shrugged, changing what he was going to say mid-sentence. "Maybe your jacket is just doing a good job," his slightly crooked grin taking over. Sean fake smiled, he didn't know if it was a joke or not he was unaware of. He turned around and went to the bed of the truck and pulled out a few bags, going into the house, where a man in a wheelchair was already in there talking to his uncle; chances are he was there before they got there.
The man said, "Is this the boy you wanted me to meet? Looks like your brother, Daniel I can definitely see it." Daniel nodded and said, "Indeed he does. Sean, this is Billy Black. Close friend to your father before he moved to Seattle." Sean walked over and shook Billy's hand, saying, "Pleased to meet you." He then turned into the room he was going to be staying in, the house having two bedrooms, it wasn't all that complicated to realize that the one that didn't have a whole bunch of stuff already in it was Sean's. He put the stuff he was carrying down on the ground, deciding within that moment he'd get stuff organized later on in the day and just wanted everything he had in his room for now. He walked back outside to get more things from the truck when he noticed someone coming onto the yard. Obviously he didn't recognize them, he had only been a La Push resident for all of six and a half minutes. He just said, "Hello... I'm assuming you're looking for my uncle?" It's not like anybody knew him.

His huge paws touched the ground softly, making barely any noise. His furry ears were pushed forward as far as they would go, swiveling every so often, listening for any kind of noise. His nose was on the ground, sniffing for anything that he could rip apart. That's all Jacob Ephraim Black ever wanted to do these days: rip vampires to pieces. There were vampires here but those were the ones he wasn't allowed to even touch. It frustrated his instincts to not be allowed to kill the vampires that were here in Washington and were not that far away. The Cullens' intentions were to take a human life, one of the few human lives that Jake actually cared about, Isabella Swan. He also knew they were engaged and his head was always thinking of what story it would be when she was turned. Whatever story it was, Jacob would always know the truth and he would hunt them down and kill them all....Except maybe Carlisle and Esme. They hadn't done anything wrong. He would kill the rest of that bloodsucker family. He'd even take down Bella if she got in his way, because it wouldn't be her anymore. Bells would be gone and in it's place, a filthy bloodsucker. She mind as well be dead once she was turned... Jacob snarled to himself. He tried to keep these thoughts to himself when he had the pack in his head but since he was alone out here, running around as a wolf, he was letting the thoughts sting him again and again. He knew that it wasn't healthy to think about the Cullens and the soon-to-be Cullen but he didn't care.
The other thought that made Jake's blood boil was the newly adopted Cullen member. She was a newborn and dangerous for Bells to even be around. Jacob wasn't used to her scent so he'd hunted her down a couple of times, not that he would've minded tearing her apart. He could easily kill her because she was so young but the problem was, Sam had added her to the no-kill list. Jake seriously hoped that she would slip because then he'd have something to do. It seemed that the treaty should be null because they were intending to take a human life. How would they be protecting human life if they were letting the bloodsuckers turn Bells and then starting a war with them? That wasn't protecting it, that was taking revenge after the deed was done. It just fully frustrated this wolf boy and he knew that he could take over the pack but he didn't want to do that. He'd just have to deal with the rules unless he could find a way around them. If Jacob couldn't find a way around them, nobody would be able to, because Jake was the master of getting around them. Patrol was over for him being alone but since Jake had signed up for double shifts, his new patrol would start with Seth but Sam had told him Jake didn't have to actually patrol; in fact, Sam had told Jake that he'd rather Jake just get some sleep. Jacob went human and put some shorts and a sleeveless shirt on so that he wasn't walking around La Push without a shirt, not that he minded doing that. Some of the people on the reservation didn't particularly like Jake running around without a shirt so Jake was wearing one today.... Not that he cared what people thought anymore. He was protecting them from possible attack so he also figured that he deserved some peace....But they didn't know that.
Jacob Ephraim Black walked slowly out of the forest and just kept walking. He was going to the Clearwaters' even though he was pretty sure Seth wasn't there. In fact, he was almost positive but he had to check. Jake stopped and closed his eyes because he had a headache and he didn't really want to deal with it. It was his own fault it had come in the first place but he wanted it to go away now. Jake let himself get moving and got to the Clearwaters' then he remembered Seth was supposed to patrol by himself and Jake was supposed to take the night shift all night. He looked down at the ground and sighed. Sleep deprivation did not suit the young Jacob Black but he was one of the most sleep deprived out of the pack....That was also his own fault. He signed up for it on his own free will. Jacob started to walk home when he saw the kid that must've been the new guy, Sean Grant, or something like that. Jake smiled. He was the one who was supposed to show the kid around and stuff. He walked up to him and got spoken to. Jake stopped short in front of the new guy, "Actually, no. Came to see you.... Reservation guys have known you were moving here for a while now just 'cause we're nosy." Jake gave a half smile and continued, "I'm Jacob. Jacob Black.
